ABOUT
Tara D. Deady is an American Actor, Educator, and Vocal Director.
Internationally, she’s 1 of 40 certified mentors and course instructors in the Estill Method. Tara uses this system to help students sing and speak healthfully in diverse styles. Her students have performed on stages from Broadway to international and national tours, from nationally recognized regional theatres to the big & small screens!
In the United States, she’s certified in five weapons as an Actor Combatant with the Society of American Fight Directors.
Currently, Ms. Deady serves as an Associate Professor and musical theatre voice specialist as well as serving as the coordinator of the MA in Musical Theatre Pedagogy for the nationally recognized Theatre UCF at the University of Central Florida.
Most recently, Tara produced, directed, and performed in “ReuKnighted: UCF Sings 50 Years of Hits” at the internationally renowned Feinstein's/54 Below in NYC.
With her expertise in vocal health, stage violence, musical theatre, and pedagogy, she is a sought out collaborator and Keynote speaker around the world.
When Tara isn't performing or teaching, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her sons Robbie & Mark, and the 3 "fur" children, Midnight, Halley & Astra.
